CBD e-cigarettes contain cannabidiol, and because CBD is a controlled substance, related products are banned in my country.

Based on reusability, disposable e-cigarettes integrate the device and e-liquid, cannot be recharged or refilled, and are discarded after use; this type is currently experiencing rapid market growth. Refillable e-cigarettes have rechargeable and reusable devices, and the cartridges are replaced after use; this is the main form in the compliant market in my country. Open-system e-cigarettes allow for self-refilling, but their sale was banned in my country in 2022.

Based on vapor production size, small e-cigarettes, such as JUUL, produce less vapor and are highly portable, representing the mainstream in the domestic market. Large e-cigarettes produce more vapor and offer greater playability, but are bulky and require compliance with regulations.

Based on the e-liquid storage and guiding system, resistance wire atomizing e-cigarettes use a cotton wick to guide e-liquid, and a heating coil to atomize it. Porous ceramic atomizing e-cigarettes integrate e-liquid guiding and heating, offering a better flavor and representing the current technological trend.
